Relentless Recovery, Inc. has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Full-time Senior Lot Technician to manage our Akron, Ohio location.
Responsibilities:
• Keep track of appointments, delivery times, and transport information
• Complete Appointment Logs, Transport Logs, spreadsheets and Qualify Cars
• Operate the Customer Service window, completing Customer Property Pick-ups and Redemptions
• Service all incoming calls from Customers, Clients, Vendors and Lienholders with excellent customer service and resolution skills
• Set appointments for redemption and personal property pick-up
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Use designated machinery to cut keys for vehicles
• Assist and support the Lot Technicians when needed
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit or stand long periods throughout the day
• Use a computer and telephone
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing
Lift up to 45 lbs
Bend, squat, extend if necessary
